This is a rushed post today, but I just have to tackle this subject again from a different angle today. I just have to, because within the movement which seeks to protect the white race from the coming genocide there is a powerful propensity to wish to invoke and rely on the ‘old gods’ of Europe. This is a bad move, guys, this is a mistake – these are not gods who have any power. But unless or until you can get past your hatred of Christianity, you’ll never get to know the real God – that’s how good the church’s gatekeepers have been. They really have put you off God, yet, well, let me get started….
These are the charges so often levelled against the church – I’m going to tackle just four today. If you have more, please leave a comment, and I’ll try and answer them in another post.
1) The church is a man-made control mechanism, designed to subjugate mankind.
This is true – I can’t argue with that, and very specifically in the case of the catholic church this control extended into finance – and even down to having you killed if you disagreed with their doctrine. The problem with this argument is that the church is not an institution which God set up (no matter what they told you). Any church that points to the bible and says “This is the word of God,” and then reads it to you in Latin, and then has people killed for even owning a copy of the same book in their own language – this is not a biblical concept. So in closing, don’t blame God for what man has done in His name.
2) The bible “isn’t the word of God” – it’s been made up as part of an ancient plan to control mankind and bring us to our knees!
Really? I urge you to watch this amazing talk by Chuck Missler on the incredible structure of the Old and New Testaments and how they are so intricately created that they cannot be anything but the work of God – man is incapable of placing within a book the incredibly complex clues and signs which God has placed within the bible (and I am not talking bible codes here – it’s far even beyond that concept). Watch and you will be in awe!
3) The church is hypocritical! They say being gay is a sin, and yet they eat ham sandwiches!
I can’t argue this one – the church is hypocritical. And I agree that it is entirely hypocritical to pick and chose those parts of the Law of Moses, which Jesus Himself said would not pass away even in the smallest part, until the heavens and the earth pass away – and say that the Law is done away with, except in cases like homosexuality and witchcraft and things like that. Obviously that is hypocrisy, and you are right. Again the issue here is that you are holding the church’s hypocrisy against God. God has laid down His word, and His Law, which He says He will write in our hearts and in our minds (and yes I believe He can and does do that, because He has with me – I love His Law!).
4) But, Lis, if that’s true, aren’t you spreading hate by saying that homosexuality is a sin?
I don’t hate anyone. I hate sin. I know why God hates homosexuality – I’ve witnessed the horrible effects of anal sex – a friend of mine many years ago started on that (and this guy was straight!) and ended up very quickly having orgy sex, gay sex – his whole life revolved around getting sex. Anal sex can start off as a simple fun thing, but it seems to be a slippery slope into all kinds of carnality which isn’t what God wants for you. God is a God of love, but He is not a God who wants you to just have fun and do what comes naturally. His love is parental love – it says ‘this is right’ and ‘this is wrong’ and you get to choose. In our world we have decriminalised homosexuality, and look at the level of promiscuity today! Look how every kind of deviancy is now being not merely tolerated, but embraced!
Is that right? It is if you ignore God’s commands. If you stick with God’s commands, you at least knock such behaviour off it’s pedestal. Jesus came to show us that the Law is meant to be applied with mercy – goodness, let’s not be going around acting out mob ‘justice’ on anyone, that is not God’s way. Everything by two witnesses is established! Jesus said to the adulterous woman ‘Go and sin no more’ – that’s a good place to start when it comes to the application of the Law. We start with love, not with hate. Love the sinner, and hate the sin. So no – hate is not a part of being a good Christian, but discernment is, and we can love sinners without condoning sin, and we can love sinners without embracing sin.
In closing – God is a God of love, but not of license. He doesn’t want you to just do whatever you want, and the reason for this is because we live in a fallen world. Satan is the god of this world – temptation is everywhere, but we have little excuse today for our failure to live right within the church – the bible is freely available in almost every language in the world. Read the book and get to know God. There will be tough passages you won’t understand, but if you trust in God He will reveal His will through that, and bring you to a place of clarity on His word.
Walking with God is a process – the most worthwhile thing I can imagine. Please don’t throw out God because of man’s church!
God Bless you
